FAQ's

SHIPPING 

All orders will be sent via USPS first class mail which take 2-4 business days unless the customer pays extra for faster shipping options. 

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns on UNUSED lashes within 10 days of delivery. The lash must be in the same condition and packaging as it was when it was received. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. If you have any issues with the items you receive please email us and let us try to help you out.

LASH CARE

The lashes are handmade and are very fragile please handle with care when removing them from the packaging and when taking them off your eyes or removing old glue. 

If your lashes become smashed, I suggest using water and brush with a clean mascara wand around your finger to get them back standing up properly. Allow them to dry before reapplying.

For a different look with your lashes try doubling two different styles.

ALWAYS TRIM YOUR LASHES TO THE LENGTH OF YOUR EYE or they will not lay right when applying them.
